Set of three Bing & Grøndahl Copenhagen Porcelain collector plates issued for Mother's Day. The plates are marked with the years 1970, 1974, and 1978, each bearing the inscription “Mors Dag” (Mother’s Day in Danish). Crafted in Denmark, each plate is adorned with charming animal motifs: the 1970 plate features a bird feeding its nestlings, the 1974 plate depicts a mother bear with cubs, and the 1978 plate shows a duck with ducklings. The signature blue-on-white underglaze is typical of Bing & Grøndahl's heritage art style. The backstamp indicates authenticity, manufacturing in Denmark, and the plate numbers. Measuring approximately 6 inches in diameter, these collectible plates exemplify Danish porcelain artistry and were produced by a historic manufacturer founded in the 19th century, known for its tradition of annual commemorative plates.
