This lot features two charming Christmas village houses. The first is a Dept 56 "Blythe Pond Mill" from the Dickens' Village Series, dated 1985, depicting a rustic building with a water wheel and a snowy roof. The second is a Lemax "Park Hotel" with brick detailing, a balcony, and festive red bows adorning the entrance, also featuring snowy accents on the roof. Both pieces are intricately designed with painted details, suitable for holiday display. Material appears to be porcelain or ceramic. Ceramic figure shows some age-related yellowing/discoloration, primarily to the surface, consistent with age and display. Location wooden shelf by stair #3
