Removal Deadline: All purchased items must be removed by 2:00 P.M. on Friday, October 23rd, 2026. If not removed, all items will be considered abandoned or subject to a late fee.

Removal Notice: All items must be removed in a timely manner, not exceeding 1 hour. If additional time is required, please make any adjustments directly with the seller/removal contact. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the bidder being suspended from future auctions.

Removal Note: There will be NO MANPOWER OR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR REMOVAL. A Forklift and Pallet Jack will be Available Upon Request. Buyer must remove all lots in their entirety and is solely responsible for loading and unloading. Buyer must provide adequate manpower and any additional equipment, dollies, or other moving devices necessary for removal. Buyer must have adequate transportation to remove all purchased items.
