If you win a vehicle or bus, the deposit will be applied to your final invoice. If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded via check.

To qualify for our Regular Buyers List, participants must have successfully completed purchases in at least five previous auctions and consistently met all payment and removal requirements.

There will be a $100 late fee PER DAY if portables are not removed by the deadline. - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Removal Notice: All items must be removed in a timely manner, not exceeding 1 hour. If additional time is required, please make any adjustments directly with the seller/removal contact. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the bidder being suspended from future auctions.

Removal Note: Buyers are required to hire a qualified building/structural mover and obtain a moving quote prior to bidding. There Will Be No Manpower, Employee Assistance, or Equipment Available for Removal. Buyers are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all labor, equipment, transportation, permits, and any other expenses associated with the removal of purchased buildings.
