Scheduled Release: Thursday, November 5, 2026 from 8:30AM to 7:00PM Friday, November 6, 2026 from 8:30AM to 4:30PM Saturday November 7, 2026 from 8:00AM to 12:00PM  No alternative pickup times will be available. Thursday and Friday are designated for the removal of all small items. All small items must be removed no later than Friday, November 6, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any small items not picked up by this deadline will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at the seller’s discretion. Disposal and/or storage costs, if applicable, will be charged to the buyer. Loading assistance will be limited on Thursday, November 5, 2026, and Friday, November 6, 2026. We recommend bringing your own help if possible. Saturday, November 7, 2026, is reserved for shelving pickup only. Online Timed Auction This auction is conducted exclusively online through timed bidding. Successful Bidders & Payment Responsibility Once the highest bidder has been awarded the final sale, that bidder is fully responsible for payment within the prescribed payment terms. If the payment is not completed within the specified payment terms, the purchaser gives McBids Auctioneers full authority to process the credit card on file. Payment Methods & Terms We accept cash, debit, cheque, or e-transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, please note a 3.5% processing fee will apply. Payment is due one day following the close of the online auction. All purchases must be paid in full prior to attending site for pickup unless other arrangements were made with our office. For currency auctions only, all unclaimed items at the end of the pickup period will be automatically shipped and charged to the credit card on file.
