Vintage Libbeys

Description

The 22K gold rims and decorative laurel bands used on Libbey's mid century lines require specific care due to how they were manufactured. Libbey used genuine 22-karat liquid gold to paint the delicate top rims and structural patterns on their glassware during this mid century era. The gold was fired on a high temperature to fuse it to the glass finish....so no microwaves or dishwashers with this set! 4 cereal bowls, 6 berry bowls and 2 finger bowls in this collection.
