Ethan Allen loveseat. Traditional look. Beige/tan with forest green piping. 2 cushions - back cushions attached. Rolled arms with skirted bottom. Measure approx 68” long. Matching sofa in lot 25. Loveseat shows more wear and dirt than couch. Suggested spot cleaning and a good vacuum. No tears or worn spots noted, but marks and spots noted - just such a light fabric - shows all the marks.
