Dell Comics Gentle Ben and The Cross and the Switchblade

Description

Two comic books: "Gentle Ben" (Dell Comics, 12¢, issue 12-298-905, May), themed around Ben and Mark rescuing a valuable racehorse, and "The Cross and the Switchblade" by David Wilkerson (Spire Christian Comics, 35¢), dramatizing a story of faith and redemption involving urban youth. | Both books show minor wear, including creasing and slight cover tears, particularly on "Gentle Ben," but interiors appear intact. These issues represent notable examples of faith-based and family comics from mid-20th century publishers. See photos for measurements, if taken.
