Description

BJ's Wholesale Club is selling out its store on West Campbell Road in Rotterdam, New York, from the Interlake pallet racking on the club floor to the tire center, the bakery, the meat room and the walk-ins. The racking runs to more than 100 lots of tall teardrop with wire decking, and four Crown stand-up forklifts, a 2023 PTR baler and a 2020 PTR compactor come out of the same building. Bidding begins closing Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern, one lot at a time.

The tire center has two Rotary two-post lifts, a Rotary low-rise scissor lift, a Coats tire changer and a Coats balancer. The bakery has a Hobart roll-in rack oven and a matching Hobart roll-in proofer, and meat and deli add a Hobart meat saw, two Bizerba slicers, a pair of Hardt rotisserie ovens, a Hobart tray wrapper and Hobart label scales.

Kysor built the walk-ins, including a three-room meat prep complex and two long boxes faced with glass display doors, one a cooler and one a freezer. Out front, Hillphoenix open multi-decks and grab-and-go cases, Arneg deli service cases and six Traulsen reach-ins sell with seven Reynolds checkout lanes. A Monon 44-foot enclosed trailer, two Tennant T7 rider scrubbers, Crown pallet jacks, and the office and breakroom furniture are also up for bid. Pickup is at the store in Rotterdam.
