Straub's Fine Foods is selling the equipment from its store on Kingshighway in St. Louis, from the bakery and kitchen to the meat room, walk-ins, and Hussmann refrigeration. A Revent gas double-rack oven leads the bakery, and the same department has a Revent proofer, a Reed revolving oven, and an Oliver bread slicer.

The kitchen has a Vulcan double-stack convection oven, a Groen tilting kettle, a Southbend six-burner range, a Pitco fryer, and a Stero door-type dishwasher under CaptiveAire hoods. Meat and deli prep includes a Hobart meat saw, two Hobart grinders, Berkel slicers, and Henny Penny heated display cases from the hot foods counter.

Walk-in coolers and freezers include a 30-foot Hussmann freezer with a pallet door. On the floor are 2019 Hussmann deli service cases, Hussmann service, multi-deck, and produce cases, and a run of Hussmann compressor racks with Copeland compressors. Hoshizaki and Scotsman ice machines, Beverage-Air undercounter coolers, two Accent checkout lanes, a Crown electric pallet jack, and Metro shelving are in the catalog too.
