Contents include a variety of household, garage, and collectible items! The auction features a nice selection of household items, including upright freezer, small gas range, furniture, tables and chairs, cabinets, dressers, garage storage cabinets, tools, lawn equipment, golf clubs, exercise equipment, and more. Collectors will also find a variety of unique items, including crocs, glassware, silverware, a sewing machine, slot machine, musical items, and other miscellaneous collectibles.

REASON, PLEASE DO NOT BID. BID REGISTRATION AND BIDDING:

 All bidders are required to establish an account and
register to bid before bidding. Your registration must be approved by the Auctioneer before
bidding at his or her sole discretion. Your bid constitutes a legally binding and irrevocable offer
to purchase the item bid upon. By placing a bid, acknowledged you have read agree to follow all
terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final and, once placed, you cannot
retract or remove a bid. Because all internet connections differ in their rate of speed. Your ability
to bid in the waning seconds of a timer may be adversely affected by your connection. WE
STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT WAIT TO PLACE BIDS UNTIL THE LAST 15
SECONDS AS A SLOW CONNECTION MAY CAUSE YOUR BID NOT TO BE PLACED.
Neither we nor the online auction platform will be responsible for any missed bids or failure of
the software to function properly. The auctioneer shall resolve all bidding disputes at his or her
sole discretion, and such decision shall be final and binding upon the bidders. Bids placed in the
final minutes of the auction may extend the auction according to the terms of the specific
auction.

RESERVE AUCTION: Unless otherwise stated in the Auction Announcements and auction
specific terms, under Ohio law all auctions are reserve auctions. Please review the auction
specific terms for this issue. If this auction is with reserve, bids remain binding upon the
bidder(s) until seller has confirmed or declined bids within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

FOR RESERVE AUCTIONS ONLY Post-Auction Reserve Consideration Clause 

If the auction concludes without reaching the seller's reserve amount, the seller shall have a 24-hour period, commencing at the close of the auction, to evaluate and accept the highest bid. During this period, the high bidder is bound to their final bid and may not withdraw or reduce it. However, the bidder may choose to increase their bid during this timeframe if they so desire. 

BUYERS PREMIUM: If a buyer’s premium is charged, that amount will be added to your final
bid. For instance, if the Buyer’s Premium is 10% and your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out
you will be charged $110.00. Please check the auction specific terms to determine whether a
buyer’s premium is applicable to this auction.
PAYMENT: Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and
Discover) Invoices over $2,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be
assessed for any declined payment. Please examine your invoice carefully at the conclusion of
the auction. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to allow us to charge your credit card following
the auction for the full amount of your bid and any applicable buyer’s premium for all items in
which you are the successful bidder.
FIRM PICK-UP DATE: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time(s) unless
alternate arrangements agreed to by the Auctioneer are made in advance of the pick-up date. Any
items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty &
Auctions & will be handled at our discretion. Kaufman Realty & Auctions reserves the right to
resell your items in a future sale without issuing a refund. Please review the auction specific
terms to confirm the date, time and location of the pick-up date, and be sure make appropriate
arrangements to ensure you can safely load and transport your items.
SHIPPING: Shipping may be available on smaller items for the convenience of buyer. However,
no glass and/or fragile items will be shipped. Kaufman Realty & Auctions utilizes Shipping Saint
as a third party for our carrier. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost plus packaging and labor.
Insurance is provided for damage which occurs during shipment. In the event of damage during
shipment, Buyer’s recovery is limited to available insurance and in no event shall it exceed the
purchase price of the damaged item. Please check the auction specific terms prior to bidding to
confirm whether or not shipping is available.

International Buyers Shipping and Payment Disclaimer 

Kaufman Realty & Auctions, Kaufman Auctions, and Kaufman Equipment (collectively, "Kaufman") do not provide, arrange, coordinate, or facilitate international shipping or export services. 

International bidders participate entirely at their own risk. Any international buyer who purchases an item is solely responsible for arranging and paying for all transportation, shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, export documentation, permits, licenses, duties, taxes, insurance, and other related logistics and expenses. 

For small items, Kaufman may, at its discretion, box or otherwise prepare the item for pickup and provide the package's approximate weight and dimensions. Kaufman will not select or contact a carrier, prepare international shipping or customs documentation, or otherwise arrange shipment. The buyer must retain and coordinate directly with a qualified carrier or freight forwarder. 

For vehicles, equipment, machinery, and other large or regulated items, the buyer must retain a qualified shipper or freight forwarder and arrange for pickup at the auction location. All pickups must be scheduled in advance and completed during Kaufman's designated pickup times and in accordance with site requirements. 

All buyers are responsible for determining whether an item may be lawfully purchased, possessed, exported from the United States, imported into the destination country, or transported through any applicable jurisdiction. Kaufman strictly complies with all applicable United States export controls, international shipping restrictions, and other laws governing regulated or prohibited goods. Firearms and ammunition will not be sold or released for international shipment or export under any circumstances. Certain other goods, including, without limitation, knives, weapons, hazardous materials, chemicals, and other restricted or prohibited items, will not be eligible for international shipment. Kaufman reserves the right to refuse to release any item for shipment or export when the transaction or proposed shipment may violate applicable law or when satisfactory documentation has not been provided. 

All purchases must be paid in full with collected and irrevocably cleared funds before any item will be released, boxed, loaded, picked up, or shipped. Any purchase exceeding $2,000 must be paid by wire transfer and may not be paid by credit card. The buyer is responsible for all wire-transfer fees and related banking charges. 

Regardless of payment status, if the buyer has not arranged for shipment or pickup within 30 calendar days following the auction, and no additional written arrangements have been approved by Kaufman, Kaufman reserves the right to resell, dispose of, or otherwise remove the items. Kaufman may, but is not required to, return any portion of the purchase funds to the original buyer. The original buyer remains responsible for any storage, handling, transportation, resale, disposal, or other costs incurred by Kaufman. 

Failure or inability to arrange lawful shipping, obtain required approvals, or import an item into the buyer's destination country does not relieve the buyer of the obligation to complete the purchase. No refund, cancellation, chargeback, or adjustment will be permitted due to shipping costs, delays, customs requirements, carrier restrictions, denied export or import approval, or the buyer's failure to arrange transportation.

FIREARMS: We observe all Federal and State gun laws. The same person who registers to bid
number MUST be the one to pay and pick up the firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale – no one
else will be permitted to make the transfer. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BID
FOR ANOTHER PERSON. If applicable to the sale, successful bidders will be subject to and
must pass the FBI Instant Check – NICS. If you know you are not supposed to possess a firearm,
do not bid.
NO WARANTIES OF ANY KIND: All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, with NO
WARRANTY expressed or implied and of any kind. You acknowledge that you are not relying
on any representation or warranty by the seller or the seller’s agent(s) regarding the character,
quality, condition, or fitness, including but not limited to fitness for a particular use of any item
sold. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s
condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. It is your sole responsibility to
determine the quality and character of any item, and to complete any inspections you require,
prior to placing your bid.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE: For auctions originating out of Ohio, jurisdiction and venue
shall exclusively lie in the courts of Wayne, Holmes, or Tuscarawas County, and Ohio law shall
apply. For West Virginia auctions, jurisdiction and venue shall exclusively lie in the Courts of
Harrison County, and West Virginia law shall apply.
